Hayley has been involved within the health industry for over 17 years. Her career background has seen her with roles in project, operational and service management within NGO’s, DHB’s and Primary Health Care services. Prior to joining the Hamilton Eye Clinic, Hayley was leading change activities within Primary Care in the Middle East. Hayley has a strong consumer focus and believes in walking-the-walk in terms of leadership and change.
Hayley is responsible for all the frontline and technical staff as well as managing Hamilton Eye Clinics properties and spaces.
